You’re the one everyone depends on and you’re quietly resentful about it. Not because you don’t care – but because you care too much about everyone and everything except yourself and no one is carrying you.

You’ve built a life around being hyper independent, highly capable, reliable, and needed. But beneath that?

  • You’re exhausted.
  • Disconnected.
  • And you’re afraid to stop living in survival mode because everything might fall apart… So, you keep going.

 

Wash, rinse, repeat. That’s the pattern and it’s not going to fix itself.

I work with high-achieving, self-aware women – many of whom are trauma survivors – who are ready and willing to stop sacrificing their safety, sanity, and self-respect in the name of over functioning and ready to give themselves permission to do life differently.

Through deep, body-based work, I help you:

  • Recognize your needs and stop overriding them
  • Release survival patterns and ways of living that don’t actually serve you
  • Revise your standards (or set them), adjust your expectations, and hold boundaries so you can
  • Come back to yourself, stop settling for worth based on performance, and be fulfilled

 

Brainspotting and EMDR therapy 90-minute sessions and Intensives. Self-pay. High accountability.

You don’t need more coping skills.

You need to stop abandoning yourself and reclaim your life.

It’s your turn.

This work is for women who are ready and willing to be honest about their patterns – not just talk about how exhausted and frustrated they are.
