You’ve built a life around being hyper independent, highly capable, reliable, and needed. But beneath that?

- And you’re afraid to stop living in survival mode because everything might fall apart… So, you keep going.
Wash, rinse, repeat. That’s the pattern and it’s not going to fix itself.
I work with high-achieving, self-aware women – many of whom are trauma survivors – who are ready and willing to stop sacrificing their safety, sanity, and self-respect in the name of over functioning and ready to give themselves permission to do life differently.
Through deep, body-based work, I help you:
- Recognize your needs and stop overriding them
- Release survival patterns and ways of living that don’t actually serve you
- Revise your standards (or set them), adjust your expectations, and hold boundaries so you can
- Come back to yourself, stop settling for worth based on performance, and be fulfilled
