Please Notes: The Workshops offered by Full Life Counseling are only intended as educational services and are never offered as a therapeutic service nor should any of our Workshops ever be used in place of therapeutic interventions. Current or past clients of Full Life Counseling are not permitted to participate in Workshops. This is to maintain clarity of roles of facilitators and participants and to mitigate risk of any perceived dual relationship between therapists, facilitators, participants, and clients.
All About Adulting Workshop
The All About Adulting Workshop offered by Full Life Counseling is only intended as an educational service and is never offered as therapy nor should any Workshop ever be used in place of therapeutic intervention.
This workshop is intended for teens ages 16-18 years and requires parent consent to participate.
You don’t know what you don’t know AND once you’re 18, the world is still going to expect you to know how to “adult”. This workshop focuses on the life skills that we absolutely know from experience you’ll need and that tend to fall through the cracks. Series within All About Adulting include:
- Venmo Victories: Basic Budgeting Skills
- Acing Interviews for Work & College
- How to Spill the Tea Without Making a Mess: Interpersonal Skills
- How To Catch Mice and Other Ways to Not Live in a Dumpster: Personal & Home Hygiene
- Really, Roomie?!? I Just Live Here: How to Handle Roommate Conflicts & Living with People That Aren’t Family
Cost: Options to pay per class, per skills section or for the full series.
Guided Meditation Drop-Ins
Relax, reset, restore with Full Life Counseling’s Guided Meditation Drop-Ins.
Where: Zoom video conference, anywhere you have a stable internet connection that allows you to create space for your mind, body, and self to rest and be still.
Who: Guided Meditation Drop-Ins are only intended for therapists, counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals (and paraprofessionals!).
When: Start date and times TBD.
Cost: $10 per person per group.
Workshops are scheduled (dates, times, location confirmed) when there are 10 participants.
